Them Days Magazine is published quarterly, every March, June, September and December.

 

What do I need to do?

Perhaps your parents or grandparents have great stories to tell. You want to get their histories recorded for family purposes, and you're interested in getting their stories in Them Days as well. What do you need to know?

First of all, start off with the basics. It might sound silly, but do you know for certain when and where they were born?

Don't be afraid to ask  questions, even if you think you already know the answer. Future generations may not, and information will be precious to them.

If you want to have it considered for publishing in Them Days, try finding related photographs and get permission from the owner. If you don't have a photo, that's okay too - but as they say, a picture is worth 1000 words!

Contributions from volunteers form a major source of Them Days' oral archives and reading material in the magazine.

We want to hear stories from all the communities in Labrador, so no matter where you live, you can help out.

If you've got a great Labrador story to tell - or maybe somebody you know does - and you want to get it published in Them Days, chances are we'd love to hear it.
