Kayla Williams

Kayla Williams is an artist, business owner and mom from Goose Bay. Her dad’s family is from all over Nunatsiavut and Sandwich Bay area and her moms family is from New Brunswick. She spent half her life in Labrador and the other half travelling all over Canada. Eventually she settled back down in Labrador as she missed home. She spends most of her time doing art and taking care of her 2 kids. She has been an artist for many years and since opened her own business designing clothing and home decor items, with the theme surrounding Labrador and Inuit lifestyle. She has recently been exploring writing and illustrating children’s books and is very invested in learning the culture and stories of the people of Labrador.
